Name — when you submit the pre-order form
Email address — when you submit the pre-order, event alert, or free Walk Book form
City preference — optionally, when you submit the event alert form
Selected plan — optionally, when you submit the pre-order form
A suggested name for the bear — when you use the naming form
A child’s first name and age range — both optional, only if you choose to include them with a name suggestion. We ask that a parent or guardian submits these, and we never display them publicly without your separate, explicit permission.
Enquiry details — name, organisation, enquiry type and message, when you contact us
Technical data — your form provider (Formspree) and our analytics provider (Google) receive standard technical information such as IP address and browser type when you interact with the site

To confirm your pre-order and notify you when Book 1 launches
To inform you of book tour dates and events in your area

3. How long we keep it

We retain your data only as long as needed to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, and no longer than 5 years unless required by law.
