시즌 원과 완전판 컬렉션은 이야기가 완성되는 순서에 따라 나누어 배송됩니다. 한 번의 배송에는 보통 새로운 이야기 2편(실물 도서 약 4권)이 포함됩니다.

이미 출간된 도서는 결제 확인 후 [영업일 기준 O일] 이내 발송됩니다. 아직 제작 중인 도서는 완성되는 대로 순차 발송되며, 모든 일정은 예상 일정입니다.
발송 시 운송장 번호를 이메일로 안내해 드립니다.
순차 배송 기간 중 주소가 변경되면 bearandjoy.kr@gmail.com 으로 알려주세요. 다음 배송분부터 반영됩니다.
배송 중 파손되거나 분실된 도서는 무상으로 재발송해 드립니다. 수령 후 [O일] 이내 사진과 함께 연락 주시기 바랍니다.

Season One and the Complete Collection arrive in stages, as each story is completed. A typical delivery contains two new stories — approximately four physical books.

Books already published are dispatched within [O business days] of payment. Books still in production are sent as they are completed. All timings are estimates.
We email a tracking number with every dispatch.
If you move during a staged delivery, write to bearandjoy.kr@gmail.com and we will update it from the next shipment onward.
If a book arrives damaged or does not arrive, we replace it at no cost. Please contact us within [O days] of delivery, with a photograph where possible.
